Trauma/PTSD Conflict Resolution Military Family Issues
Cedric provides INTERVENTIONS. He works with individuals and families dealing with chemical dependency issues. Prices will be determined upon individual needs. Range: $5,000 to 10,000 plus expenses via cashiers check. All completed interventions include one year of aftercare counseling, to include family sessions. Please call for more details about providing intervention services.
Fees for Services
* Our standard fee is $150 for the initial Individual assessment; $175 for initial Couples/Family assessment
* Individual counseling: $125 per 50-minute session
* Couples/Family counseling: $150 per 50-minute session
* Couples/Family counseling: $200 per 80-minute session
Insurance
Accepting - Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health/United Health Care
-Cedric doesn't accept insurance, his forms of payment are cash or check.
If your insurance is not listed above you can pay an out-of-network fee and contact your insurance company to ask what portion of your services will be paid for an out-of-network provider. If you would like to pursue this option, you will need to pay our fee at the time of service and we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company.
Scheduling and Cancellation Policy
We will discuss your schedule and counseling needs during the first session. Please call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a session. If you do not notify us in advance, you will be required to pay in full the cost of the session. Please note that insurances will not pay for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment
Cash and check are being accepted at this time. Returned check fee is $25.00.
